Q: HOW DO I QUALIFY TO LIVE AT SHOREPOINTE VILLAGE?
A: There are several steps to becoming a resident at ShorePointe Village. The first step is to visit our neighborhood concept and take a tour. You’ll work closely with our sales team to discuss your specific needs and questions about ShorePointe Village.

Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM LIVING AT SHOREPOINTE VILLAGE?
A: ShorePointe Village seamlessly provides daily needs in one location with no hassle, including: full access to our continuum of care (assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing), meals daily prepared by our in-house Executive Chef, an array of lifestyle and fitness programming, and much more.

Q: WHAT DO THE MONTHLY FEES COVER?
A: Your level of care is catered to your specific needs.  In addition to securing those elements, your monthly fees cover a range of non-clinical services including maintenance, housekeeping, dining, transportation and more.

CARE
Q: WHAT LEVELS OF CARE ARE OFFERED AT SHOREPOINTE VILLAGE?
A: We provide assisted living and skilled nursing care on an ongoing basis. For residents needing a little extra support, reprieve from demands of daily living, or recuperation from a recent surgical procedure, we offer respite care to help nurture wellness so that you have the necessary energy to get back to the life you enjoy living.

Q: HOW DOES THE CONTINUUM OF CARE WORK FOR RESIDENTS? WHAT IF MY LEVEL OF CARE CHANGES?
A: Our partnership with one of Metro Detroit’s premier medical systems, Beaumont Health, assures you the best care is readily available on our continued care campus. This means residents have access to assisted living care and skilled nursing care on-site – with no additional hassle.

Q: DOES SHOREPOINTE VILLAGE OFFER ANY SUPPORT DURING THE MOVING PROCESS?
A: Once you visit our neighborhood concept, and meet your sales counselor, ask for more information about our referral program to see if any of our contacts can help plan for a smooth transition.

Q: HOW MANY APARTMENTS AND FLOOR PLANS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE VILLAGE?

GENERAL
Q: ARE PETS ALLOWED AT SHOREPOINTE VILLAGE?
A: While pets are not permitted to reside at the Village, our staff encourages them to visit frequently.
